Abstract

Abstract: This research focuses on the design and application of digital formats for controlling occupational health and safety management at the company HORMICAPH CABRERA ARMIJOS. The methodology employed primarily involves field data collection: initial diagnosis, identification of work processes and risks using the National Institute of Occupational Health and Safety [INSST] matrix, in order to determine the most critical areas. Based on these results, digital formats are designed considering current legal regulations, corporate policies, theses, and formats applied in the concrete industry. These formats are then applied to different areas and activities carried out by the company to evaluate their functionality. As a result of this research, it was determined that the formats are effective tools that allow for the systematization of risk control, increase the company's preventive culture, and allow for more accessible and organized documentation management for technical and legal compliance during internal and external audits.
