| Abstract: | Abstract: The general objective of this investigative study was to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Graduate to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in them, as well as to carry out an in-depth study of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which were created by the United Nations Organization, in order to comply with the 2030 agenda created in Rio de Janeiro Brazil for the year 2015, in which it was taken the decision to create the SDGs with the aim of reducing the main problems of the world population. The methodology was supported by a qualitative approach, using the main analytical and exegetical methods that were applied when carrying out the analysis of both the Constitutional Court ruling and the legal foundation of SDG 16. The research concludes by pointing out the capacity of the students who graduate from UTPL as well as the importance of Sustainable Development Goal number 16. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente estudio investigativo, tuvo como objetivo general conocer los factores que confluyen en el Egresado de la Carrera de Derecho de la UTPL para desarrollar preferencias por áreas específicas de la ciencia jurídica y su futura especialización en éstas, al igual que efectuar un estudio profundo de los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, que fueron creados por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, a los fines de dar cumplimiento a la agenda 2030 creada en Río de Janeiro Brasil para el año 2015, en el cual se tomó la decisión de crear los ODS con la finalidad de reducir los principales problemas de la población mundial. La metodología estuvo sustentada es un enfoque cualitativo, utilizando como principales métodos el analítico y exegético que se aplicaron al momento de efectuar los análisis tanto de la sentencia de la Corte Constitucional como de la fundamentación jurídica del ODS 16. La investigación concluye señalando la capacidad de los alumnos que egresan de la UTPL así como la importancia del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible número 16. |
