Abstract:In order to know the academic preferences of Law students, and if these are sufficient to analyze real legal situations, this research project is prepared in which the existing relationship between the preferred subject, which is Civil Law, the study ruling that is issued by the Constitutional Court, whose antecedent is closely related to this area of Law; and, finally, its relationship with the selected Sustainable Development Goal is presented, which in this case is SDG 16, which has as its purpose the protection of Rights concerning peace, justice and solid institutions. Under these approaches, the doctrinal and legal analysis of the aforementioned variables is presented, considering the need to expose the importance of the study through the results obtained, based on the application of the determined research techniques. The discussion thus begins, what evidences the evolution of the Law with the jurisprudence created through the analyzed resolution, which allows establishing the relevant conclusions and recommendations.
