Abstract: The analysis of the sentence No. 0104-14-EP Nullity of Marriage Certificate through the research project of academic preferences that is related to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG16), which promotes peace, justice and strong institutions and the link with the Civil Law, it is evident that the constitutional rights to legal certainty art. 82 and identity art. 66 numeral 28 of the Constitution of the Republic, it was not possible to solve the case in the first instance, all the resources were exhausted until reaching the Plenary of the National Court of Justice, who after the analysis and review issued the sentence in favor of the plaintiff, leaving without effect any decision issued by the judge of first instance and the respective sanctions, This makes it clear that the judicial system could not guarantee the violation of this case and in the future we will have similar cases, we recommend a more effective judicial system, more optimal, with better professionals, better training, better structure, less corruption, greater transparency in the protection of rights.
