La Ilíada en el siglo XXI: Adaptación teatral e intertextualidad con la novela gráfica contemporánea

Abstract: The present curricular integration project presents an adaptation of Homer´s Iliad that incorporates intertextuality, elements from the postdramatic theatre, and techniques from graphic novels, this is achieved through a qualitative analysis that enables a clear understanding of the essential components of these artistic languages, while also ensuring the development of a dramatic script that preserves the essence of the classic work without neglecting its contemporary relevance. Among the elements analyzed are the nonlinear use of time, narrative fragmentation, linguistic freedom, visual rhythm, color theory, and the show, don´t tell technique; their integration through intertextuality supports the effective comprehension and adaptation of the text to a contemporary theatrical context, culminating in the creation of an alternative approach to scriptwriting and production, one where creativity is supported by a transdisciplinary perspective.
