Abstract

Abstract: The present thesis entitled Academic preferences of Law students and their link with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the study of sentences , aims to identify the academic affinities of Law students of the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja and their connection with the 17 SDGs; the general objective was to analyze these preferences in relation to SDG 4, Constitutional Law and Sentence No. 1351-19-JP/22, issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador; a qualitative approach was used with documentary and field methods of analysis, applying as techniques survey and signing; the sentence issued repaired violations to the right to inclusive education of a girl with disabilities, revealing gaps in the implementation of inclusive policies; the results show a tendency towards legal areas with high social impact; it is concluded that it is essential to promote a critical, interdisciplinary and coherent legal training with contemporary social challenges, articulating theory with practice and the rights approach to train professionals committed to justice and equity.
