Evaluación de Riesgos Laborales del Sector Metal Mecánico en la Industria Metal Mecánica de la Empresa Hidalgo e Hidalgo S.A.

Abstract

Abstract: This graduation project aimed to analyze and identify the risk factors associated with each position within the Metalworking Industry of the company Hidalgo e Hidalgo S.A., applying the methodology proposed by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT). A detailed survey of the tasks performed in various roles was carried out; the evaluation was applied to 13 job positions, including administrative and operational technical roles. The following risks were identified: safety risks at 30.53%, physical risks at 25.44%, psychosocial risks at 20.35%, and ergonomic risks at 11.74%. The risk levels were determined with the following results: moderate level (MO) at 46.38%, followed by important level (I) at 27.20%, tolerable level (TO) at 14.87%, and trivial level (T) at 11.55%, with 0% at the intolerable level. The company has established control measures aimed at minimizing the identified risks, which allows for continued preventive management and the adjustment of the risk assessment according to its planning.
