Preferencias académicas de los estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de sentencias

Abstract

Abstract: This paper presents an analysis of the academic preferences of law students regarding the different areas of law studied throughout their career and their professional and work expectations as future lawyers; and its connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) established by the United Nations through its General Assembly in 2015 which seek to achieve positive results for all nations by 2030, through the study of a juficial ruling within the Ecuadorian judicial system. This paper has focused on Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, objective that seeks to achieve peace, justice and strong institutions, under the protection of the rights of access to quality justice, legal security, effective judicial protection, rights of participation, communication and information, right to good public administration and its relationship with the ruling number 1101-20-EP/22 issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador where the denaturalization of guarantees is recognized, and the inexcusable error on the part of the lower court judges is declared.
