Análisis y evaluación de la optimización operativa mediante el uso del pilar Excelencia Operativa de AWS Well-Architected en entornos multicloud: Caso de estudio (pequeña empresa almacén Espinoza)

Abstract

Abstract: This research is framed within the problem faced by a microenterprise in Ecuador regarding the limited awareness of currently available multi-cloud tools. These tools offer the opportunity to increase sales volume, improve interaction with internal and external customers, automate processes, manage all information, secure their IT systems, and also optimize resources in their technological infrastructure. An important pillar of operational excellence will be analyzed within the three companies that offer cloud services: Amazon Web Service (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Furthermore, it is important for the business owner or manager to understand the benefits of implementing cloud services and how the company will benefit from implementing good practices. It is important to note that, by moving systems to the cloud, small businesses no longer must worry about server maintenance; from then on, multi-cloud companies take care of all management. Based on the needs of the small business almacén Espinoza, a service and tool model that best adapts to the current economic situation and its internal processes will be proposed.
