| Abstract: | Abstract: This research is focused on the ergonomic analysis of the administrative staff of the Riobamba and Alausí offices of the Zonal Directorate 3 of the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Ecological Transition. The research used the ROSA evaluation method where the characteristics of each administrative job will be analyzed in order to identify the existing deficiencies in each of the administrative positions. In order to know in advance what are the different discomforts that occur in the evaluated workers, an evaluation will be carried out through the CORNELL questionnaire that allows the identification of musculoskeletal disorders and how this affects the performance of the worker's activities. The results from the ROSA method indicate that there are deficiencies in the furniture used by the workers since they do not have several important characteristics. Regarding what was obtained through the evaluation of the CORNELL questionnaire, it is identified that the nuisance is due to the inappropriate use of furniture for a long time. Based on what has been obtained, preventive measures have been implemented to help improve administrative jobs. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación está enfocada en el análisis ergonómico del personal administrativo de las oficinas de Riobamba y Alausí de la Dirección Zonal 3 del Ministerio del Ambiente, Agua y Transición Ecológica. La investigación usó el método de evaluación ROSA donde se analizará las características de cada puesto de trabajo administrativo con el fin de identificar las deficiencias existentes en cada uno de los puestos administrativos. Para conocer de antemano cuales son los distintos malestares que se presentan en los trabajadores evaluados se realizará una evaluación por medio del cuestionario CORNELL que permite identificar los trastornos musculoesqueléticos y como afecta esto al desempeño de las actividades del trabajador. Los resultados a partir del método ROSA indican que hay deficiencias en el mobiliario que utilizan los trabajadores ya que no poseen varias características importantes. En cuanto a lo obtenido mediante la evaluación del cuestionario CORNELL se identifica que las molestias son debido al uso inadecuado del mobiliario por tiempo prolongado. En base a lo obtenido se ha implementado medidas preventivas que ayuden en la mejora de los puestos de trabajo administrativos. |
