Abstract: Abstract: The present investigation about the organizational culture of Grupo Texticom C.A aims to identify, analyze and interpret what type of culture predominates within the organization and the importance of having a stable, friendly culture that is aligned with the needs of the organization and its collaborators, the study has as its main tool the OCAI instrument (organizational culture assessment instrument), whose application to a considerable part of the organization's collaborators gave us as a result that the clan culture is the one that currently predominates within the company, implying that Grupo Texticom C.A maintains a collaborative, family work environment that cares about the interests of its collaborators, we can also identify that the culture with which collaborators identify the least is the market culture, this shows us that workers do not feel aligned with both personal values and competitive strategies of the organization, seeing it as a threat to achieve personal, collective and institutional success; Finally, with the objective of improving a global culture within the organization, the following improvement strategies were implemented based on the results obtained from the OCAI questionnaire. The proposed strategies are: a recognition system for productivity compliance to strengthen the market culture of Grupo texticom C.A., renewal and improvement in structural leadership towards success-oriented leadership, promoting employee management focused on competitive performance, promoting organizational cohesion based on group objectives, transition and improvement in the strategic emphasis oriented to the fulfillment of organizational objectives, and strengthening a market culture based on productivity, creativity, and objectives achieved.
Description: Resumen: La presente investigación acerca de la cultura organizacional de Grupo Texticom C.A tuvo como objetivo identificar, analizar e interpretar que tipo de cultura predomina dentro de la organización y la importancia que tiene el tener una cultura estable, amigable y que vaya alineada a las necesidades de la organización y de sus colaboradores, el estudio tiene como herramienta principal el instrumento OCAI (Organizational culture Assessment Instrument), cuya aplicación a una parte considerable de los colaboradores de la organización nos arrojó como resultado que la cultura clan es la que predomina actualmente dentro de la empresa dando a entender que Grupo Texticom C.A mantiene un ambiente laboral colaborativo, familiar y que se preocupa por los intereses de sus colaboradores, asimismo, podemos identificar que la cultura con la que menos se identifican los colaboradores es la cultura de adhocrática esto nos muestra que los trabajadores no tienen una cultura innovadora, creativa y autónoma que tiene complicaciones al momento de enfrentar escenarios nuevos prefiriendo mantenerse con una estructura más tradicional, viéndola como una amenaza para poder conseguir el éxito tanto personal, colectivo e institucional; finalmente con el objetivo de mejorar una cultura global dentro de la organización se propuso estrategias de mejora en base a los resultados obtenidos del cuestionario OCAI.
