Abstract

Abstract: This curricular integration project examines the relationship between Constitutional Law and SDG 6 through the study of sentence 232-15-JP/21. The general objective is to understand the factors that determine the development of preferences for certain areas of legal science for the future specialization of law students graduating from the program. This research employed theoretical-deductive, socio-legal, and exegetical methods, subject to projective research, as well as analysis and synthesis. The techniques used included the recording, analysis, and selection of judgments, as well as documentary research in online databases. The instrument used was the linkage sheet between subject, SDG, and judgment. It was concluded that the study of real cases and the focus on the SDGs strengthen students' professional competencies, in addition to promoting transformative judicial decisions and legal training oriented toward social justice, sustainability, and human rights in contexts where structural barriers to access to water persist for vulnerable populations.
