Abstract

Abstract:This degree work focuses on the analysis and study of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), from their creation to the formulation of the 17 SDGs. In this work we will focus on Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, peace, justice and strong institutions, this goal seeks to promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies. Through the analysis of sentences and the choice of the subject of affinity, sentence No. 67-23-IN/24 is analyzed, with the title euthanasia focused from a constitutional perspective and relating it to goal No. 16, which seeks to promote peaceful and inclusive societies, thus facilitating access to justice for the entire population. This degree work seeks to show the connection between constitutional law and justice for all through the protected rights such as the right to life, liberty and personal safety, the right to life with dignity, the right to free development of personality, this sentence had a significant change in Ecuador since it was the first sentence that was given on euthanasia .
