Abstract

Abstract: When writing this research work, it is planned to demonstrate a student's preference for a certain subject in the Law degree at UTPL in order to verify her abilities in the development in a certain area of work, there is main emphasis on the knowledge acquired in their undergraduate training, which leads to continuous and specialized education in civil matters, being a fundamental branch for the scope of justice. In addition to this, the resolution of conflicts being the non-observance of fundamental guarantees being the motivation and unrestricted respect for legal security, the backbone of a constitutional State of rights and justice. It is necessary to specify that Civil Law allows the analysis of SDG No. 16 with strict observance of the chosen judicial ruling, in order to achieve the established objectives, allowing the enforceability of rights, for the benefit of one of the priority attention groups recognized by the supreme regulations. Already in the conclusive part it is deduced how, from a well-founded analysis, there are solutions regarding the law that corresponds to the problems.
