| dc.description | Resumen:En este trabajo de investigación que se desarrolló en función de la sentencia de un juicio en primera instancia, relacionada con el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) 16: Paz, Justicia e Instituciones Sólidas, donde se tutela el derecho a la igualdad de acceso a la justicia, el derecho a vivir sin violencia ni explotación, el derecho a participar en las decisiones que afectan al desarrollo sostenible y el derecho a contar con instituciones responsables y transparentes que combatan la corrupción y el soborno, y en este caso puntual, donde se llamó a juicio a una persona que está procesada por el delito tipificado en el Art. 144 en relación con el Art. 39 del Código Orgánico Integral Penal. Después del análisis de las pruebas de cargo y descargo, Tribunal de Garantías Penales de Sucumbíos anunció su decisión de declarar probada la existencia de la infracción esto es el delito de homicidio, así como la culpabilidad del referido procesado, se le impone la pena de con privación de libertad y se busca promueve el estado de derecho y el acceso igualitario a la justicia. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: In this research, developed based on a first-instance trial ruling related to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, which protects the right to equal access to justice, the right to live free from violence and exploitation, the right to participate in decisions that affect sustainable development, and the right to accountable and transparent institutions that combat corruption and bribery. In this specific case, a person prosecuted for the crime defined in Article 144 in conjunction with Article 39 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code was brought to trial. After analyzing the evidence for both the prosecution and defense, the Sucumbíos Criminal Guarantees Court announced its decision to declare the existence of the offense that is, homicide proven, as well as the defendant's guilt. The sentence is imprisonment, and the aim is to promote the rule of law and equal access to justice. | es_ES |
