Abstract:Within this degree work, the modality of academic preferences is proposed on which the study of ruling No. 380-16-SEP-CC has been established, in which an alleged violation of rights is detailed due to the issuance of a ruling determining the payment of alimony, where said payment is carried out through a calculation within which the economic income of the main obligor and the subsidiary obligors is taken into account, generating an extreme of rights, therefore resorting to court under an extraordinary protective action which is determined favorable for the appellant, and due to the object of study, constitutional law is also defined as a matter of preference in relation to the content of this matter and it is proposed to establish the relationship between this ruling Addressing the stated rights that are considered violated in the same way, Ecuadorian regulations are used, based on what has been mentioned and from the perspective of linkage, the relationship of the aforementioned instruments with the sustainable development objectives is established, therefore, in accordance This is addressed by SDG No. 16 for its content which establishes among its content and goals the scope of justice and peace and therefore agrees with many of the rights that the sentence has.
