Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this work is research, through ruling No. 832-20-JP/21, which deals with the moral values that people must have to carry out the processes in an integral manner and above all in a correctly moral manner, treating main topics such as notarial acts and the responsibility of the notary to give public attestation to these contracts, verifying and corroborating the circumstances established within the same contracts. It also deals with the violation of decent housing, property and a decent life, violation of the primary rights of older adults, the legal responsibility of people who intervene in acts of document formalization, closing and registration of deeds, responsibility and consequences of carrying out fraudulent acts; the correct way to be a technical defense for the solvency and effective application of the processes to be carried out to obtain positive results from the process, through an objective analysis of the theories necessary for said purpose, and constant due process in movable property, applying theories and doctrines referring to and consistent with the respective processes.
