Abstract

Abstract: This research demonstrates how the incorporation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) contributes to strengthening the protection of people's human and fundamental rights. These objectives have a relationship of utmost importance in the development of legal specialty subjects, since they establish the guidelines of how within a certain branch of law certain elements and criteria are considered so that effective protection is carried out that allows for better possibilities of development and well-being of citizens. The selection of the subject allows us to recognize the professional role that lawyers must fulfill according to their service area where they will find the guidance so that the aforementioned protection is fulfilled efficiently according to these indicated objectives. This study is supported by the selection of a sentence, in which the way in which it responds to the formal and material fulfillment of a sustainable development objective in a certain professional line in Law can be analyzed and interpreted. Its academic and legal contribution allows us to know the current trends of the SDGs.
