Abstract

Abstract: The present work of curricular integration entitled academic references of the students of the Law career of the Private Technical University of Loja and its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals, analyzes the ruling No. 273-19-JP issued by the Constitutional Court and its connection with SDG 15, life of terrestrial ecosystems. The Court in its ruling declares the violation of the fundamental rights of the A'I Cofán community and nature, in the protection action with precautionary measures presented by the plaintiffs. The study explores that the competencies acquired in key subjects impact professional specialization. The systematic, exegetical and synthetic analytical legal method was applied, techniques such as signing for the analysis of the sentence in relation to mining law, to collect perceptions on subjects of interest, acquired skills and professional projections of the students. Thus, the research highlights that strengthening the link between academic learning and the SDG is crucial for comprehensive training that empowers future lawyers to build a more just and sustainable society.
