Abstract

Abstract: The present thesis work is titled: Organized Crime in Ecuador configured in Art. 369 of the Comprehensive Criminal Organic Code from which the master s degree in criminal law with a mention in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure of the Technical University will be obtained. Particular of Loja, is of great importance worldwide since organized crime is a phenomenon that is in everyone's daily lives frequently through different forms, therefore, currently in Ecuador this organized crime is unleashed in its various crimes such as drug trafficking, hitmen, human trafficking, micro-trafficking, kidnapping among others. Criminal organizations are expanding their criminal profiles, resulting in social danger and insecurity in Ecuadorian society. Therefore, there is a need for the relevant organizations of the international community to create international instruments to combat and eradicate crime in the world, norms that have been adapted to their respective internal regulations in order to give a precise concept of what it is. organized crime and its manifestations and to be able to sanction them correctly. Ecuador also sees the need to analyze the existing regulations in the Ecuadorian criminal legal system to combat organized crime.
