Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this work is to adequately guide the reader to the goal that leads us to the 2030 Agenda, with an analytical and investigative approach to the SDGs, in turn related to ruling No. 003-18-SEP-CC of the Case. N° 0948-13-EP to discuss the possible causes, successes, or omissions related to the extraordinary protection action presented by the president of the Central Committee of Peasant Communities of Río Grande, province of Manabí against the ruling of April 22, 2013, issued by the judges of the First Criminal and Transit Chamber of the Provincial Court of Justice of Manabí, within the Protection action N°081-2013. Access to quality justice, legal security, effective judicial protection, right to good public administration, are the most representative elements of the selected topic Constitution Law, they will be delved into the development of this work, they will be discussed, analyzed and criticized. Ecua dorian judicial processes and bodies; also in analysis of the corresponding regulations framed in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, bringing up the intervention of the judicial personnel in which it focuses on their success or failure.
