Abstract

Abstract: This project proposes the development of an Android mobile application to optimize the management of laundry services in a camp with 200 rooms, replacing the current paper-based record system. This digital solution will help staff members who use the laundry service to submit clothing record forms, receive alerts regarding the status of their laundry, and review forms through established search methods. For laundry staff, it will provide an intuitive way to receive the forms, update the service status until the clothes are delivered, and manage warehouse stock, all in a quick and organized manner. From the administrator s role, it will allow the creation of users and roles, data searches, and the management of statistical information for decision-making. Altogether, this application enables highly efficient management of laundry processes, shifting from a traditional to a modern method while reducing paper use and waste. For the development of this project, the Scrum methodology will be applied, allowing progressive integration of each module into the application as the project advances a perfect methodology for this type of project.
