Abstract: In the present work, the study of a specific sentence under N°.239-17/EP/22 has been established on which an extraordinary protection action is developed, addressing a case in the area of family law when it is in litigation. the parental authority of three minors where the mother and grandmother dispute the possession of these, in the same way, it is proposed for this study and reference of the rights violated under the development of an analysis on the Sustainable Development Goals, framed in SDG 16, when determining this in its content, establishes the scope of justice, solid institutions and peace, therefore, based on the study modality of academic preferences, the subject of family law is addressed since the rights as the bases that This development is directly related to the purposes of this work, and allows us to address the hypothesis and objectives on which they are based and in this way we resort to determining sources that allow us to achieve the knowledge and information that this work requires.
