Abstract

Abstract: This investigation work is a research carried out based on access to public health, which is the SDG that I chose precisely to be able to carry out said research, it is not new that access to this constitutional right has been violated several times towards a large number of people within Ecuador, however, the people who suffer the most from not being able to access public health are those people who suffer from some type of disability, since they are the ones who need priority attention and by not being able to access briefly to this right, their health can be seriously affected with the passage of time, because in the sentence that I chose, it deals precisely with that, Mr. Andrés Sebastián Cevallos Argudo who has a degree of disability of 96% presented a protection action against the Ministry of Public Health for not having received timely medical attention, for which his degree of disability reached that percentage level.
