Abstract

Abstract:This Curricular Integration Work provides an analysis from the different national and international justice bodies on the rights protected in Sustainable Development Goal sixteen (16) related to peace, justice and strong institutions whose rights are: access to quality justice, legal security, effective judicial protection, right to participation, communication and information and the right to good public administration. The aforementioned rights are linked to the subject of preference Family Law, Childhood and Adolescence because I consider that the family is a fundamental basis that must be subject first to God, then promote the main values such as love, respect, kindness and humility, for the formation of boys and girls who later become adolescents who will reflect the future of our country and it will depend on them whether they want to impact or shock the history of Ecuador. The State is part of and must fully comply with all the rights contemplated in the Constitution to make transparency and justice prevail in public institutions and the result is peace.
