| Abstract: | Abstract: This thesis analyzes and studies the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), from their creation to the formulation of the 17 SDGs, focusing on Sustainable Development Goal No. 16 Promote just, peaceful and inclusive societies. Through the analysis of the sentence and the choice of the preferred subject, the analysis of sentence 354-57-SEP-CC, called "Protective Action" is carried out, focusing on it from the constitutional scope and relating it to Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which aims to promote peaceful and inclusive societies, facilitate access to justice for the entire population and create effective, responsible and inclusive institutions at all levels. This work reveals the relationship between constitutional law and human rights. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de titulación analiza y estudia los Objetivo De Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), desde su creación hasta el planteamiento de los 17 ODS, enfocándose en el objetivo de desarrollo sostenible No.16 Promover sociedades justas, pacíficas e inclusivas. Mediante el análisis de sentencia y elección de la materia de preferencia, se realiza el análisis de la sentencia 354-57-SEP-CC, denominada Acción de Protección enfocándola desde el ámbito constitucional y relacionándola con el objetivo de desarrollo sostenible No. 16, mismo que pretende promover sociedades pacíficas e inclusivas, facilitar el acceso a la justicia para toda la población y crear instituciones eficaces, responsables e inclusivas a todos los niveles. Este trabajo da a conocer la relación del derecho constitucional con los derechos humanos. |
