Uso de GeoGebra en el aprendizaje de la función algebraica cuadrática, para estudiantes de Primero de Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Mario Oña Perdomo, período 2024 2025

Abstract

Abstract: This field research focuses on diagnosing the use of GeoGebra in learning quadratic algebraic functions for first-year students at Mario Oña Perdomo High School during the 2024 2025 academic period. The study consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents the theoretical framework, the second outlines the research methodology, and the third discusses the results and findings. The theoretical framework includes technical concepts related to the variables and the philosophies underpinning the study. The methodological approach is qualitative, the research type is both field-based and documentary, and data collection was conducted through surveys and interviews. The findings revealed the limited application of GeoGebra in facilitating the learning of algebraic functions and highlighted the need for teachers to implement a mathematics laboratory. The study concludes that AI-based digital mathematics tools are essential for high school students' self-directed learning in algebraic functions.
