Abstract

Abstract: The need for this work was to make a correlation between the subject of human rights, the objectives of sustainable development and their relationship with the analysis of the sentence, with the purpose of obtaining knowledge and professional experience for future lawyers of the Courts of the Republic of Ecuador. The objective of the research was to know the factors that come together in the UTPL Law Graduate to develop preferences for specific areas of legal science and their future specialization in these. Likewise, a systematic method was applied, of a theoretical - deductive type, with a socio-legal character, the method of analysis and synthesis, and the exegetical method, with an exploratory legal character, of a projective legal type. The results of the analysis of the ruling and its connection with the sustainable development objective No. 5, Gender Equality and the subject of Human Rights, established legal, scientific - doctrinal, jurisprudential guidelines, agreements and organizations that must be respected in every ruling. with a gender perspective, to achieve a world free of violence, inequality and non-discrimination, which guarantees women's human rights, both nationally and internationally.
