Abstract: This text will explain about a topic of legal commotion in which the Sustainable Development Goals are taken as a reference to make a complementary study to the legal fact, in this case we will talk about free transit (Human Mobility); These themes relate to Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which emphasizes issues of peace, justice, and strong institutions. Therefore, the link between how effective the application of SDG No. 16 has been by the government in relation to the legal fact brought to the subject of study will be taken into account. In addition, there will be a recognition of the legal arguments by the judges familiar with the fact on the subject of free transit and (human mobility). Continuing, an analysis will be maintained in relation to the post-pandemic affectations in which personal criteria will be created on the affectation and how the situation could be overcome so that in this way the legal processes that are carried out in this way are not affected. its moment, that is to say, the virtual route was chosen.
