Abstract

Abstract: Sustainable Development Goal 16 focuses on the promotion of just, peaceful and inclusive societies that strive to guarantee a dignified life and fair security through effective institutions with transparent information accessible to the public. According to the legal analysis, it determines the violation of the rights to effective judicial protection, due process and legal security regarding the legibility of memoranda issued by the labor institution where those affected seek that the information given is reliable and are heard by the judicial authorities in charge of the case, avoiding being punished by arrest; Through the goals of the Sustainable Development Goal, due fulfillment of its goals is granted, through the intervention of the National Development Plan of our country, guaranteeing better opportunities for the benefit of the population. This document was prepared through the ruling published by the Constitutional Court. The methodology used is analytical-synthetic, which consists of a systematic method and an exegetical method. In addition, research techniques such as archiving, research and bibliographic review were used.
