Abstract

Abstract: Through this research based on the "Academic preferences of Law students and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through judgment studies", which is developed in order to achieve the Lawyer degree, in addition to encouraging students of the career to polish the different branches of law that are of their preference, expanding the knowledge obtained in the career. The judgment signed N. No. 1095-20- EP / 22 issued by the Constitutional Court, in a protection action in the labor field, where a ruling is given for violation of the constitutional right to due process in the guarantee of motivation, in which they express and define the procedures followed in decision-making, as well as an analysis of legal principles and doctrines based on SDGs 8 and 10, with the objective of facilitating a broad understanding of the judicial system implemented in Ecuador and how it acts in the face of violations of transcendental rights enshrined for due process.
