| dc.description | Resumen: El presente proyecto tiene por objetivo analizar aquellos derechos vulnerados en la sentencia Nro.425-18-EP/23, y su vinculación con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) a través del estudio de los mismos. Por lo cual se analiza en concreto el ODS.16 PAZ, JUSTICIA E INSTITUCIONES SOLIDAS, mismo que garantiza los derechos tales como acceso a la justicia de calidad, seguridad jurídica, tutela judicial efectiva, derechos de participación, comunicación e información, derecho a la buena administración pública. La metodología utilizada para realizar la investigación es de enfoque sistemático, ya que el uso de la información es organizada y secuencial, la doctrina jurídica utilizada es del tipo teoría deductiva y se aplican métodos analíticos y sintéticos para el estudio de las sentencias. Como resultado de este estudio se determinó la vulneración de la garantía consagrada en el artículo 77(14) de la constitución. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The objective of this project is to analyze those rights violated in ruling No. 425-18-EP/23, and their connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) through their study. Therefore, SDG.16 PEACE, JUSTICE AND SOLID INSTITUTIONS is specifically analyzed, which guarantees rights such as access to quality justice, legal security, effective judicial protection, rights of participation, communication and information, right to good public administration. The methodology used to carry out the research is a systematic approach, since the use of information is organized and sequential, the legal doctrine used is of the deductive theory type and analytical and synthetic methods are applied to the study of sentences.
