Description:	these crimes, and attention closely tied to the emotional damage suffered during the trial. The data show that, although there are specialized units (UNASE, UNAPI) that function well, the protection of victims and the prevention of their revictimization have significant shortcomings, as does the follow-up after sentencing, all of which is further complicated by a lack of specialist resources in psychosocial support. Consequently, reforms are proposed for inter-institutional protocols, continuing training, and national family care plans, geared towards a restorative criminal policy that integrates territorial prevention and human reparation in contexts of urban criminal governance.
