The study concludes that a minimum, though not perfect, justification is essential for understanding, public oversight, and the protection of fundamental rights. Furthermore, it is emphasized that its deficiency can lead to procedural nullities and affect substantive justice. This work contributes to strengthening the Ecuadorian judicial system by offering recommendations to improve argumentation in judgments, balancing efficiency and the protection of rights.
