Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of this project's design addresses the need to adapt the infrastructure of the Faculty of Architecture at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL), as it is currently dispersed across various locations on campus. Therefore, it is essential to optimize the learning environment. The importance given to creating an environment that allows us to convey the faculty's identity, in which both theoretical and practical teaching practices will be developed, seeking to maintain sustainability criteria. The methodology implemented is part of in-depth research and includes a detailed analysis of the environment that responds to the site's conditions, such as user requirements, in order to offer a suitable learning environment for students. This approach not only benefits UTPL and its faculty, but also seeks to contribute to the development of educational spaces that foster innovation and sustainability, having a positive impact on society in general.
