dc.description	Resumen:El trabajo de titulación que se presenta tiene como fin analizar la motivación que deben contener las sentencias de primer nivel que se emiten en el Ecuador, ya que de acuerdo a las consideraciones que motivan dicho trabajo, existe un gran número de sentencias que se pronuncian diariamente por parte de estos jueces, por lo que se busca evidenciar si las mismas cumplen con todos los elementos correspondientes, dando cumplimiento al debido proceso en esta necesaria garantía de la motivación, de acuerdo a lo que se contempla en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador (2008), siendo también una de las características necesarias que debe contemplar el derecho a la defensa de quienes se enfrentan ante un proceso en que se discutan los derechos de las mismas. En base a esto, el presente trabajo analiza de manera doctrinaria y jurídica, la pertinencia de la sentencia seleccionada, con el fin de determinar su cumplimiento dentro de los requisitos que exigen la normativa, a partir de lo cual se obtienen los resultados necesarios que llevan al planteamiento de las conclusiones y recomendacione.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the motivation that must be included in first-level judgments issued in Ecuador, since, according to the considerations that motivate this work, a large number of judgments are issued daily by these judges. Therefore, the aim is to demonstrate whether they comply with all the corresponding elements, thus fulfilling due process in this necessary guarantee of motivation, as contemplated in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador (2008). This is also one of the necessary characteristics that must be considered in the right to defense of those who face a process in which their rights are discussed. Based on this, this paper analyzes, from a doctrinal and legal perspective, the relevance of the selected ruling in order to determine its compliance with the requirements of the regulations, from which the necessary results are obtained that lead to the formulation of the conclusions and recommendations.	es_ES
