Description:	itectural and structural elements of the building. The research methodology includes digital surveying processes based on photogrammetry, three-dimensional modeling, the definition of geometric parameters, and the creation of native BIM families. In addition, interoperability is evaluated through the export of the models to the IFC format. This approach makes it possible to analyze both the potential and the limitations of parametrization when applied to architectural heritage, while contributing to the development of digital models that support documentation, management, and conservation processes of the built heritage of the city of Loja.
