dc.description	Resumen:El tema de la presente investigación es la motivación en las sentencias emitidas por los jueces de primer nivel en Ecuador, tiene como objetivo general, analizar y evaluar la motivación correcta y suficiente en la sentencia emitida por los jueces de primer nivel en Ecuador, en la cual se analizó la motivación de la sentencia de primer, la motivación de la sentencia y se evaluó a través del cuestionario de estándar de suficiencia, con la finalidad de demostrar si las sentencias que emiten los jueces de primer nivel en el Ecuador, cuentan con una motivación suficiente y correcta. La metodología utilizada en la presente investigación estuvo sustentada en el método analítico, que se aplicó al momento de efectuar un estudio profundo de cada una de las partes de la sentencia seleccionada en la presente investigación. Los resultados demuestran la importancia de la motivación en todas las sentencias y la investigación concluye señalando que la motivación es una garantía que tiene la ciudadanía sobre la función judicial, que evita que existan sentencias producto del arbitrio judicial.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The subject of this research is the motivation in the judgments issued by first-level judges in Ecuador. Its general objective is to analyze and evaluate the correct and sufficient motivation in the judgments issued by first-level judges in Ecuador. The motivation of the judgment was analyzed and evaluated using the sufficiency standard questionnaire, with the aim of demonstrating whether the judgments issued by first-level judges in Ecuador have sufficient and correct motivation. The methodology used in this research was based on the analytical method, which was applied when conducting an in-depth study of each part of the judgment selected for this research. The results demonstrate the importance of motivation in all judgments, and the research concludes that motivation is a guarantee that citizens have regarding the judicial function, preventing judgments resulting from judicial discretion.	es_ES
