Influencia del uso del chatbot Profe de Lengua y Literatura en el aprendizaje del tema de la entrevista en estudiantes de octavo año de Educación General Básica

Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the problem of low academic performance among 8th-grade students in the subject of Language and Literature. The objective of the study was to analyze the influence of the Language and Literature chatbot Profe on learning about interviews, as a strategy for students to improve their grades and promote meaningful learning. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental design. Two groups were used, one experimental and one control, and the following phases were carried out: pretest and knowledge survey on AI (diagnosis), intervention with the chatbot, and posttest and satisfaction survey (final test). The technique used was the pedagogical test, and the instruments were the pretest and posttest. The results of the research showed a significant improvement in learning about interviews and extra motivation in students since they used the chatbot. These results demonstrate that the use of technology helps and is an alternative to improve and strengthen learning.
