Aplicación de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en el componente de Educación Religiosa Escolar (ERE) en estudiantes de noveno año de Educación General Básica

Abstract

Abstract: The present research paper served to deduce that in recent years the educational system has experienced significant changes regarding the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the teaching learning process. Therefore, this study analyzed how by implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the, it improves the motivation of ninth-grade students of Basic General Education, in the component of School Religious Education (ERE). The research is based on a mixed approach, qualitative and quantitative, and a descriptive and exploratory type of research. The study was made up of one teacher and twenty-three students, with whom a diagnostic assessment (pretest) was used to know the level of knowledge they have on the subject; then the Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool was applied and a new assessment (post-test) was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the applied stimulus. The results obtained show the progress in students motivation and participation; therefore, we conclude that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an active and effective teaching tool.
