Abstract

Abstract: This paper develops and evaluates the feasibility of a consulting firm focused on promoting the circular economy and environmental certifications in the agricultural sector. A mixed methodology was applied, including document review, interviews, surveys, and benchmarking, which allowed for the construction of a framework encompassing the competitive, regulatory, and operational context of the market. Based on this, a tiered service proposal was defined, functioning as a funnel. This range starts with an innovative pre-diagnostic service that facilitates the integration of low-budget companies into sustainable practices, and progresses to more regular services such as internal audits, environmental compliance audits, and specialized services for consulting on green finance, circular economy projects, certification, and other areas. The business model was structured using the Business Model Canvas, which enabled the creation of a flexible model through suppliers. The financial analysis projects positive cash flows from the first year, an IRR of 114.85%, and an NPV of USD 66,138, confirming the project's economic viability. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a real and sustainable opportunity for the project.
