La seguridad humana en las políticas públicas del estado ecuatoriano

Abstract

Abstract: My work relates to the application of Human Security in the Public Policies of the Ecuadorian State. For this, the methodology employed was bibliographic analysis of documentary and official sources, as well as interviews and firsthand accounts from key stakeholders, whose expertise allows for addressing the topic. The results showed that there is no adequate application of Human Security, given the lack of conceptualization of these terms and the high turnover of Planning officials within the State, hindering the consolidation of long-term planning that would facilitate the proper implementation and mainstreaming of comprehensive public policies that would allow for the institutional integration of the Human Security approach.
