Abstract

Abstract: This research focuses on analyzing the preferences of law students regarding the Sustainable Development Goals through the study of a court ruling. In my particular case, I have selected a ruling that relates to Political Science, Administrative Procedural Law, and Public Administration in our country, specifically concerning Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 16, which aims to promote and facilitate equitable access to justice for all, as well as the creation of effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels. The main objective of this work is to identify the areas of law that were disregarded by the authorities, entities, and dignitaries throughout the different governments between 1996 and 2007. This topic addresses a major challenge: judicial, administrative, political, and social malpractice, which leaves in its wake victims whose rights have been violated. It also addresses the importance of creating a system that allows for social and economic progress, and resolves the needs, interests, preferences, and even demands of the groups and individuals that make up society.
