dc.description	Resumen: El presente estudio tuvo como finalidad evaluar la factibilidad técnica, de mercado y financiera para la implementación de un taller electromecánico orientado al mantenimiento y reparación de vehículos livianos. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo proyectivo, aplicando encuestas estructuradas para determinar la demanda efectiva y estimar la frecuencia anual de servicios. Los datos obtenidos permitieron proyectar 2.964 servicios anuales y establecer la estructura de ingresos y costos del proyecto. La inversión inicial requerida asciende a USD 72.183,39, distribuida en activos fijos, activos intangibles y capital de trabajo. El análisis financiero se efectuó mediante la proyección de flujos de caja a diez años, aplicando el método del Valor Actual Neto con una tasa de descuento del 12 %, así como la determinación de la Tasa Interna de Retorno y la Relación Beneficio/Costo. Los resultados evidencian un VAN de USD 87.664,91, una TIR del 34 % y un índice B/C de 2,21, confirmando que el proyecto es económicamente rentable y financieramente viable.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the technical, market, and financial feasibility of implementing an electromechanical workshop focused on the maintenance and repair of light vehicles. The research employed a quantitative, descriptive-projective approach, utilizing structured surveys to determine effective demand and estimate the annual service frequency. The data obtained allowed for the projection of 2,964 annual services and the establishment of the project's revenue and cost structure. The required initial investment amounts to USD 72,183.39, distributed among fixed assets, intangible assets, and working capital. The financial analysis was conducted by projecting cash flows over ten years, applying the Net Present Value (NPV) method with a discount rate of 12%, as well as determining the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR). The results show an NPV of USD 87,664.91, an IRR of 34% and a B/C ratio of 2.21, confirming that the project is economically profitable and financially viable.	es_ES
