Motivación en las sentencias emitidas por los jueces de primer nivel en Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract: This curriculum integration project, entitled "Motivation in Judgments Issued by First-Level Judges in Ecuador," had the main objective of analyzing the motivation of a labor judgment, with the aim of determining whether it was sufficient and correct or whether it contained motivational flaws that should be corrected by the judge who issued it. The analytical method was used for the study, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of the motivation of the judgment under study. The instruments used were a questionnaire to establish the motivational standard of the judgment and a questionnaire to determine its correctness. The results obtained were satisfactory, as they allowed us to establish the sufficiency of the motivation issued by the judge, as well as to determine the type of motivational flaw present in the ruling, which should be corrected for the judgment issued to be fair in accordance with current regulations in the country.
