| es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This study observed the satisfaction of older adults with the care received at the Centro de Salud N°3 de Loja during 2024-2025. The study used a mixed design with phenomenological orientation. The target population was older adult users of the health center, with a sample of 120 participants selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling, applying specific inclusion criteria such as informed consent and preserved cognitive capacities. Two tools were used for data collection: a structured questionnaire with a Likert-type scale (1-5) to measure three dimensions (input, process and outcome) and face-to-face semi-structured interviews. The data showed that the highest levels of satisfaction were achieved in the input dimension (70.3%), in contrast to the process dimension, which had the lowest rating (56.3%). On the other hand, the qualitative analysis revealed contrasting experiences in the initial reception, variable related skills of the work team, time management restrictions and particular unresolved communication requirements. | es_ES |
