dc.description	Resumen:Unidad Judicial Penal Con Sede En El Cantón Tulcán, Provincia de Carchi, con fecha 22 de octubre del 2025 se emitió sentencian dentro del Proceso Penal Nro. 04281-2025-XXXXX. El objetivo principal de la presente investigación es evaluar si las decisiones emitidas por los Jueces de primer nivel de Ecuador cumplen con los requisitos fundamentales del debido proceso estipulados en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador en su artículo 76, numeral 7, literal I, que garantiza que las sentencias emitidas por los Jueces de primer nivel en ecuador sean válidas y cumplan con un estándar mínimo requerido constitucionalmente para proteger el derecho a una defensa adecuada, optima, clara y coherente en todos sus aspectos facticos y legales.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: On October 22, 2025, the Criminal Judicial Unit based in Tulcán Canton, Carchi Province, issued a judgment in Criminal Case No. 04281-2025-XXXXX. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate whether the decisions issued by first-instance judges in Ecuador meet the fundamental due process requirements stipulated in Article 76, numeral 7, letter (l) of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. This provision guarantees that judgments issued by first-instance judges in Ecuador are valid and comply with the minimum constitutional standard required to protect the right to an adequate, optimal, clear, and coherent defense regarding all factual and legal aspects.	es_ES
