| Abstract: | Abstract: This thesis analyzes the constitutional regulation of the progressive use of force within the Ecuadorian legal system, based on a study of Judgment No. 33-20-IN/21 issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. The research is grounded in the premise that the use of force by state agents constitutes an exceptional power that must be subject to clear constitutional limits, given that its exercise directly impacts fundamental rights such as the right to life and personal integrity. |
