| Abstract: | Abstract: The general objective of this research was to design a musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) prevention program for the company COPORSUPER using a multi-method ergonomic assessment. The sample consisted of six workers: one from the document archiving area and five from administrative roles (General Management, Institutional Coordination, Financial Coordination, Administrative Coordination, and Marketing). The RULA method was applied to the archiving workstation and the ROSA method to the administrative workstations using the ErgoIA and Ergoniza software programs, respectively with three measurements taken per workstation (morning, midday, and afternoon) to minimize postural bias. The archiving workstation showed a moderate and constant level of risk across all three measurements. In contrast, the administrative workstations varied; however, the chair emerged as a common factor across all five, as none met adequate ergonomic standards. These findings confirm that similar workstations do not necessarily share the same risk level and that a single measurement would have been insufficient to support the MSD prevention program. |
