Percepción de la violencia digital en coordinadores académicos de una institución de educación superior de la Zona 7 Cantón Loja

Abstract

Abstract: Digital violence is a problematic that is raising at institutions of higher education, this is for problems at convivence, emotional well-being and the dinamic within the educative institution. In there, the investigation has the purpose of analyze the perceptions, experiences and strategies of prevention to digital violence from the perspective of the academic coordinators of an institution of higher education. The study approach was qualitative, descriptive in scope and with a phenomenological design. The information was raised through semiestructures questionaries applied to a group of academic coordinators and analyzed through content analysis using the software ATLAS.ti (v9). The results show that the participants identify this type of violence like a manifestation of factors that has a repercusion direct and indirect to the educative comunity, also has an affecction on the physic and psychological well-being of the people involved. This evidency the necessity of fortify the protocols and actions of prevention to face this problematic. Is necessary institutional strategies to improve a digital culture safe to face digital violence.
